At Nova Studio, nothing is shipped "off the shelf."
Every piece is only produced after you have placed an order.

No warehouse.
No mass-produced goods.
No surplus.

Just your drop. Made for you.

Production time:
2–5 business days (depending on product & workload)

🚚 Shipping

As soon as your item is ready, it goes straight to shipping.

Delivery time within Germany:
approx. 5–10 business days (incl. production)

You will automatically receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

💶 Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are flat rate per order,
but can vary depending on product type and production location.

The exact shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

🔁 Returns

Since each product is custom-made for you, returns are only possible for:

• Production errors

• Damage during shipping

• Incorrectly delivered items

In this case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We currently deliver within Germany.
Other countries will follow.

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card or Shopify Payments ).
